Called by the Spirit


"Called by the Spirit" truly reflects the essence of the Schola Choir of the Church of the Holy Spirit in Memphis, TN. The parish of 1200 families was founded in 1975. The choir was formed shortly thereafter, and has grown to over 45 members, making it one of the largest choirs in the diocese of Memphis. The choir has a repertoire which includes chant, polyphony, sacred classics and the comtemporary music of the church. As we share our music with you, this is truly a day of celebration, a day to sing and praise. This is a day of true rejoicing, a day to raise our voices. Our prayer is that whatever your musical taste, we have included something on our CD that touches your soul. This is a day to use our talents, this is a day to use our gifts. This is a day to join together to glorify and magnify God's name. This is the day the Lord has made. LET US REJOICE!!!
