Ministers to the Sick visit the sick at home, in hospitals, and at care facilities, bringing Holy Communion to those who request it. Formation to serve as Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion is provided by the Diocesan Institute of Liturgy and Spirituality. Training for Ministry to the Sick is provided by the Diocesan Community Health Ministry.
